Shipping policy
SHIPPING
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped twice a week and the customer will receive them within 7-10 working days from ordering. International shipping times may differ according to the location. All orders are shipped from our studio in Delhi using the best couriers partners and for international orders tie up with other reputed shipping companies. In case the customer requires the delivery to be done urgently, we will have to be notified 2 days in advance.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card or debit card. Once shipped please allow 5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at koshuestudio@gmail.com
International Shipping
- Free shipping for all international orders above USD 200.
- A flat shipping fee of USD 15 is applied to international orders below the total cart size of USD 200.
- International orders take 15-20 business days to deliver.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at koshuestudio@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
The product bought will only be accepted for replacement if they are intimidated within 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.
Note : 1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
- No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products
- Since most of the items are made to order for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable. We give store credit of 8 months validity.
In case of damage :
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Koshue Studio will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. Koshue Studio will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
Koshue Studio acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
