Return, Exchange & Alteration Policy – Koshue by Kajul Jethwani

At Koshue, each piece is handcrafted with care, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange & Alteration Policy

  • We do not offer any returns. 
  • For any exchange or alteration, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your request is confirmed by our team, the product must be shipped back to us in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for quality and condition.

  • After successful inspection, a new piece will be sent or the required alterations will be made.

  • All courier charges for sending the item back are to be borne by the customer.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case the required item is not available, we will offer a store credit valid for future use.

  • The store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 
  • Alterations, if feasible, may take 7–10 working days after we receive the product.
