At Koshue, each piece is handcrafted with care, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange & Alteration Policy
- We do not offer any returns.

For any exchange or alteration, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is confirmed by our team, the product must be shipped back to us in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for quality and condition.

After successful inspection, a new piece will be sent or the required alterations will be made.

All courier charges for sending the item back are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case the required item is not available, we will offer a store credit valid for future use.
- The store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Alterations, if feasible, may take 7–10 working days after we receive the product.
